Can I get my order delivered?

Yes! We provide shipping options Australia-Wide. We use a range of different delivery options to best suit your order, location and shipping needs.

Do you ship to my door?

Yes! We provide shipping options Australia-Wide through services such as Australia post, TNT and Toll Express.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are based on the type of service, size, weight and location of the delivery required. Please call your local branch to get an estimate on your delivery cost.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Upon confirmation of your order, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. If there are any delays, you will be promptly notified.

Do you do express shipping?

Yes, we do overnight express shipping.

Can I collect from a local store?

If the product is available, we offer a reserve and collect service. Please be aware that the branch you choose to pick up your product from must have the product available. Please contact your local branch to find out if it is available to reserve.

Can I track my item?

Depending on your order, particularly those sent via standard Australian post with stamps, tracking is dependent on the delivery type and courier. Upon request, we can provide options that allow tracking on your delivery. To find out if you are able to track your delivery or to find your tracking number, please contact your local branch.

My order hasn’t arrived, what now?

If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we will look into it for you immediately.

Can I use my own choice of courier for delivery?

Yes, provided that you have your courier account number, we are able to deliver your order through the courier of your preference.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security reasons. Any signature at the address will be accepted as proof of delivery.

Why can’t I select next day delivery?

We can only offer next day on goods we have in stock at our dispatch depot.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order.

Yes, our friendly Sunrise Team is available to place your payment via phone between 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Fridays and 8:30am to 1:30pm on Saturdays. Please call your nearest office to organise this.

When will my card be charged for my order?

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

Can I pay with AfterPay?

No, AfterPay is not available as a payment option.

I am looking to purchase parts to build a trailer, but I am not too sure what parts I need, can you help me?

Best way to find out which part you need is to contact us and leave the hard work to us. We will work out what is required and ensure you get the correct parts.

Can I get more information on a product?

Enter the product code of the item into the search bar and it will return all the available information on that product. A part is not listed online so can you order for me?

Yes, we will do our best to order the part for you through our special orders team. Feel free to contact us to request your part.

How do I check if an item is in stock?

From time to time and particularly with some of our more popular items, due to the high rate of sale, there may be some discrepancies in stock levels. If you do wish to know if a product is in stock, please do not hesitate to contact us our contact form here, via email, or by phone to the nearest Sunrise office to you.
